Salary: $80,000 - $85,000 per year + 3% Gross Margin Commission
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with the VP of Sales and Marketing to develop and implement strategic sales plans that foster long-term, profitable growth.
Lead localized strategic sales efforts, working with individual divisions to generate leads, provide estimates, develop proposals, and secure profitable projects.
Assist in crafting and executing go-to-market strategies for national and cross-regional accounts.
Meet and exceed pipeline, sales, and revenue goals by following a strategic prospecting and sales plan.
Utilize data analytics and business intelligence tools to drive real-time decision-making and enhance profitable sales growth.
Support due diligence efforts on acquisition targets and assist with post-acquisition integration processes.
Manage contacts, leads, pipeline, and sales data within the company’s CRM tool.
Actively engage in sales and account management as needed.
Identify and prioritize high-impact customers and projects.
Evaluate and implement effective lead generation methods.
Set targets for strategic relationships and lead sources.
Establish a robust system for account management and track customer satisfaction metrics.
Conduct all business activities in compliance with company policies and procedures.
Demonstrate and uphold the company’s core values in all interactions and activities.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree required.
At least 5 years of sales experience, preferably in a distributed service business.
Proven track record in generating process documentation and KPI reporting.
Acceptable driving record and valid auto insurance.
Construction and commercial roofing experience preferred.
