Beacon Hill is seeking a qualified candidate for a unique Campus Recruitercontract role in the Atlanta, GA, area through February. This role involves reviewing thousands of resumes, screening candidates, scheduling interviews, and making offer letters. It's a full-time position based in an office setting, Monday through Friday. This is a rare opportunity to gain valuable experience in the recruitment field and work in a supportive team environment. Responsibilities: Conduct profile reviews and managed the offer letter process. Review thousands of applicants from non-core schools Conduct resume reviews and reach out to students. Screen candidates and push qualified applications forward to Recruiting Coordinators (RCs). Collaborate with RCs to schedule interviews and provide support for the interview process. Make offer letters for selected candidates post-interview.Ideal candidate: 3-7 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting.Experience using Handshake, Cornerstone, and MS Office.
