Executive Assistant to the CEO - High-Growth Startup Opportunity
Location: Newnan Offices & Remote
Position: Executive Assistant – Investment, Business & Media Operations
Salary: $Full Commission + Weekly Stipends to start. In three months commission
to convert to $65,000 + Commission + 1.5% Equity Bonus (Long-Term)
Also Seeking: Commissioned Sales Agents - 60K to 100K per year

As we scale towards a projected $8.6B valuation in less than 5 years, we are seeking a proactive and dynamic Executive Assistant with entrepreneurial spirit to work closely with the CEO in securing investors, filming vendor success stories, and leading key promotional efforts.
Who We’re Looking For
We need a strategic thinker and doer who thrives in a fast-paced, high-impact environment. You will be directly involved in investment outreach via direct phone call & email , media production, business promotions, and operational support to drive company growth. You must be able to speak well on camera and speak clearly while interviewing business owners.
Key Responsibilities
Investor Relations Support – Assist in researching, engaging, and coordinating investor meetings and presentations.
Media & Content Creation – Help film and document vendor success stories, promotional campaigns, and key brand moments.
Company Promotions – Support marketing strategies, event planning, and social media activations.
Operational & Administrative Support – Manage schedules, coordinate projects, and ensure smooth execution of company initiatives.
What You Bring
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to research, network, and engage with investors and partners
Basic media production or social media marketing experience (preferred but not required)
A passion for entrepreneurship, innovation, and community empowerment
