Sprayglo Auto Refinishing & Body Repair in Conyers is seeking a candidate to fill the role of assistant Manager. No industry experience is necessary, but is a plus. Some experience in customer service/sales/management will likely be necessary for success, but is not prerequisite. All you need is a good attitude, strong work ethic and willingness to learn. We can teach you the rest. Starting pay is $850 weekly salary with bonuses and commission shares that will become available following a 90 day training/probationary period(sooner for candidates that adapt quickly). First year earnings should easily exceed $60k (and reach closer to $75k) and we see 10% growth annually regardless of economic circumstances.
Hours are Monday-Friday 7:30am-5:00pm. We work hard and efficiently during the week so that we almost never work evenings or weekends. Successful restaurant managers have transitioned smoothly to our industry in the past due similarities in payroll and human resource management, so this is a good opportunity for a proficient restaurant manager to learn a new industry that eliminates working evenings and weekends.
