Our company is searching for a results-oriented property manager to oversee commercial and residential buildings in our Georgia portfolio.
JOB DUTIES
The Property Manager will help manage the commercial /residential tenants in the company portfolio by:
- Negotiating lease extensions, modifications, and agreements with current tenants.
- Contacting tenants with outstanding balances to make arrangements for payment plans.
- Preparing documents such as leases, assignments, and amendments to leases.
- Coordinating with vendors to assure that tenant maintenance requests are resolved.
