Job Title: Remote Dealership Operations Specialist
Location: Remote (Head Office in Seattle, WA)

About the Role:
Join a growing startup car dealership! We’re seeking a Remote Dealership Operations Specialist who can assist with monitoring online platforms for vehicle deals, handling communication with sellers, and scheduling inspections. Your role will be to ensure that no great deals are missed, and that all processes are running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor online platforms like Facebook, Craigslist, and OfferUp for car deals.
- Reach out to sellers immediately when deals are identified.
- Follow up on listings that have been on the market for over a week.
- Communicate with me regularly during working hours (10 am to 6 pm Pacific Time).
- Assist with scheduling car inspections and ensuring smooth transactions.
- Track and log outreach, offers, and other details efficiently.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in sales, customer service, or similar roles.
- Strong research and communication skills.
- Basic understanding of cars is a bonus, but not required.
- Familiarity with using online marketplaces.
Technical Requirements:
- A reliable computer and internet connection.
- Ability to respond quickly to messages during working hours.
Compensation:
- $15 per hour, plus commission for deals found after hours (commission is based on the deal being finalized after inspection and purchase).
- 8 hours per day, preferably 7 days a week, with 2 days off.
- Working hours: 10 am to 6 pm Pacific Time.
Training and Support:
Paid training will be provided for two weeks, starting on November 1st. During training, you will work on real tasks while learning all aspects of the job.
