Beacon Hill is seeking a qualified candidate for a Training Coordinator role in Duluth, GA. This is a contract position. The ideal candidate will coordinate, deliver, and manage educational programs, including scheduling, material preparation, logistics, and ensuring the programs run smoothly. This position is on-site five days a week. Daily Duties: Coordinate all training logistics, including scheduling, catering, and room setup, and manage communications and course materials. Oversee new hire onboarding and tailor training to job functions and individual needs. Provide admin support, manage budgets, track invoices, process orders, and coordinate learning programs. Handle the Training Team's calendar, accruals, and approval processes, and manage the Training library. Administer the LMS, managing scheduling, enrollment, attendance, and training reports.Ideal candidate: Experienced in program coordination and administrative tasks. Skilled in time management with the ability to handle multiple and shifting priorities. Capable of managing various projects and events within tight deadlines.
