We're currently seeking a motivated and goal-oriented Collection Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you'll be responsible for contacting consumers, negotiating payment plans, and resolving outstanding debts with integrity and professionalism.
What You’ll Do:
Contact consumers via phone regarding past-due accounts
Negotiate and establish realistic payment arrangements
Document all interactions and account updates accurately
Meet or exceed individual and team performance goals
What We’re Looking For:
Previous experience in collections (third-party collections strongly preferred)
Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
Professionalism and composure in handling difficult conversations
Familiarity with collection software or CRM systems
