We are seeking a Customer Service Agent for a remote position.
As part of our team at a used car company, the role entails handling incoming calls from customers, providing information about our car inventory, and aiding in the arrangement of test drives. Additionally, the position may involve making outbound calls to customers to follow up on their inquiries and schedule appointments. The primary responsibility is to manage incoming calls efficiently

Take calls, answer questions, walk callers to our FAQ pages, through a step by step online form and/or appropriate pages for answers. Set appointments.
Calls are mostly inbound but a few callers may need following up on.
