Allied Military Travel is looking to hire customer service representatives for its expanding business.
We are a specialized travel agency focusing on the travel needs of military and government personnel.
Responsibilities:
Assisting customers with questions,concerns and inquiries regarding travel plans.
Assisting customers with the enrollment process
Handling 80-100 calls per day.We are not a big call center.
Requirements:
2 year of continuous call center experience required.
Proficient computer literacy essential.
bilingual Preferred but not essential.
professional demeanor and positive attitude.
Willing to submit to a background check.
Job Type: Full Time with paid vacation
Salary:$12.00 to $14.00 an hour
Company pays for 90% medical, dental and vision benefits after 90 days.
