We are a BPO company seeking a dedicated and reliable Remote Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a 1099 contractor, you will provide exceptional customer service to our clients, ensuring their needs are met promptly and professionally. This position allows you to work from the comfort of your own home with flexible hours.
Responsibilities:
Answer inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, or live chat.
Assist with troubleshooting and resolving customer issues.
Provide product information and assist with orders, returns, and exchanges.
Document customer interactions and follow up as needed.
Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy with each customer interaction.
Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department or manager.
Meet or exceed service level expectations and KPIs.
Requirements:
Own Equipment: Must provide your own computer (Windows or Mac), headset, and a reliable internet connection.
Hardwired Connection: A stable, hardwired internet connection (Ethernet) is required—no Wi-Fi.
Quiet Workspace: A quiet, dedicated workspace free from distractions is a must to ensure a professional experience for customers.
Previous Experience: Customer service experience preferred, but not required.
Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Problem-Solving: Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and manage your own schedule.
Availability: Must be available to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
U.S.-Based: Must be located within the U.S. and authorized to work in the U.S.
