Answer a high volume of calls, listen intently to the caller's information
Dispatch the appropriate service professionals to the job site using dispatch software
Schedule service appointments as needed
Monitor and track company vehicles
Resolve dispatch issues
Willing to Train
Requirements and Qualifications:
GED
Experience in a similar role
Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills
Must be able to type 40 wpm
