Entry-Level Inspector
A remodeling/turnkey company is seeking an Entry-Level Inspector to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to start a career in construction inspection, as we will provide comprehensive training.
The Entry-Level Inspector will assist in ensuring the quality and compliance of our remodeling projects. This role involves performing site inspections, preparing inspection reports, and collaborating with contractors, project managers, and other professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct site inspections to assess compliance with plans and specifications.
- Prepare detailed inspection reports, documenting findings and observations.
- Work closely with contractors, project managers, and other team members to ensure project success.
- Communicate effectively with all parties to address any issues or concerns.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge related to inspection practices.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Attention to detail and the ability to follow guidelines.
- Willingness to learn and grow within the role.
Compensation:
- Hourly Rate: $18.00
- Training provided.
