The Guest Services Attendant is responsible for assisting and providing excellent customer service to our guests.
Duties and Responsibilities
Greet and respond to guests in a friendly and positive manner with a sense of urgency
Assign open lanes and take payments from customers
Answer telephone and page customers as needed
Keep the front desk counter area clean
Notify mechanic promptly of any pinsetter malfunction
Assist with giving out and returning shoes to customers
Assist in maintaining a neat, orderly and safe work environment
Keep concourse, bowlers areas, and restrooms neat, clean and free of trash
Perform Opening, Running, and Closing department duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Friendly and positive demeanor
Punctual and self-motivated
Works well with others
Able to complete assigned tasks independently
Able to stand and bend for extended periods
Able to lift and carry 40-50 pounds
