Job Description:
We are a durable Medical Equipment supplier. While diverse, our operations summarily include liaising with doctors offices and Health Insurance companies to provide beneficiaries with needed supplies
Responsibilities:
Answering telephone
Patient Intake
Eligibility Verification
Liaising with doctors offices
Data entry
Filing and record keeping
Create correspondences, reports, memos, and forms as required
Work as a team with all staff
Maintain a clean work environment, and ensure patient waiting area is neat and uncluttered at all times
Copy documents
Comply with Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act(HIPAA) in protecting patient privacy
Additional job related duties as assigned/needed
Requirements:
High school diploma or higher
Effective communication skills
Proficient typing skills
Good team player
Great initiative
Ethical conduct
Experience in related field is a plus
Ability to speak English and Spanish is a plus
Eligibility and valid work authorizations to work in the United States
