Beacon Hill is seeking a qualified candidate for a Part-time Receptionist contract role in Smyrna, GA, through December. The ideal candidate will greet guests, answer phones, and respond to customer inquiries. This is a full-time position in an office setting, Monday through Friday. Daily Duties: Greet and direct visitors or clients to the appropriate person or department.Answer and route incoming calls, take messages and provide information as needed.Organize and confirm appointments for clients and staff using a scheduling system.
