What to Expect:

As a Sales and Inbound Customer Service Agent at Virtexa, you will play a vital role in delivering top-notch customer service experiences while driving sales for our clients. On a day-to-day basis, Sales and Inbound Customer Service Agents can expect to participate in the following activities:

Responding to general inquiries.

Describing booking options and sales offerings.

Explaining the billing process and available options.

Accepting and processing requests for information materials.

Researching and resolving customer complaints.

Handling billing clarification questions.

Transferring calls to Client customer service when required.

-Sales Acumen: Demonstrated sales experience and a passion for exceeding sales targets.

Exceptional Communication Skills: Adept at explaining services, options, and resolving customer inquiries effectively.

-Adaptability: In the fast-paced virtual environment, adaptability is key. Be ready to navigate various customer scenarios with a solution-oriented mindset.

-Technical Proficiency: Comfort with technology is essential. You’ll be using cutting-edge tools and platforms to provide seamless customer support and drive sales.

-Empathy and Emotional Intelligence: Understanding and responding to customer emotions with empathy will be crucial in creating positive customer interactions.

Qualifications:

Outstanding problem-solving skills

Agents will need to have sales ability, able to multitask and take quick notes, and

have a knowledge of geography.

Displays patience, empathy, an ability to manage stress, the ability to work under pressure.

Skilled and efficient in writing and verbal communication.

Provides knowledgeable, friendly and eloquent customer service.

Requirements:

A USB headset (during class and while servicing)

Wireless headsets are not supported

Chrome browser 77 and above

Must be willing to complete the free training provided

Security verification (background check, drug test, and photo ID verification)

Must be 18 years or older

Must be located in the United States
