We're looking to hire a full time Yard/Shop Clerk for one of our locations in Atlanta, 30315. You must have reliable transportation, be able to work the set schedule of Monday through Saturday from 6:30 am to 5:30 pm, have a team player mentality and willing to learn and take on new tasks. Bilingual (English/Spanish) IS A MUST. We're searching for someone who communicates well with others and executes instructions correctly.
Some of the tasks include but are not limited to:
- Monitoring and assisting visitors and customers arriving at the shop
- Monitoring the arrival and departure of our drivers
- Assisting the shop manager in scheduling drivers
- Assisting the shop manager in contacting customers for payment status
- Assisting the shop manager in reaching out to potential new customers
- Entering information into our data system with accuracy
