Schedule: Full-Time | Weekday Afternoons & Evenings | Occasional Weekends for Events
Start Date: ASAPtr
Responsibilities:
Coach recreational and novice cheer teams in a fun, safe, and encouraging environment.
Teach basic cheerleading techniques, including stunts, tumbling, and routines.
Foster teamwork, confidence, and sportsmanship among athletes.
Create and implement engaging practice plans.
Supervise students during practices and events.
Communicate effectively with athletes, parents, and staff.
Qualifications:
Cheerleading, dance, or gymnastics experience required (coaching experience is a plus!).
Positive attitude with strong leadership and communication skills.
Ability to work with children of various ages and skill levels.
CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
Must pass a background check.
