Responsibilities:
Fun and Interactive Learning:Create and implement educational lesson plans that make learning a joyful experience.
Foster a positive and engaging atmosphere in the classroom.
Child Care Excellence:Ensure the daily care of every child, adhering to licensing guidelines and maintaining company standards.
Establish and maintain open communication with parents to achieve success for each child.
Classroom Charm:Maintain a clean, organized, and interactive classroom that sparks curiosity and creativity.
Implement company standards to enhance the overall learning environment.

Qualifications:
Educational Expertise: Experience leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans.
3 years of experience working in a licensed childcare facility.
Educational Credentials: Coursework or a degree in early childhood education or child development, or a CDA (Child Development Associate) is REQUIRED.
Quality Rated Familiarity: Familiarity with Quality Rated standards in childcare.
Child Nurturing Track Record: Proven track record of caring for and nurturing children to provide them with a great start to their educational careers.
Impeccable references showcasing your dedication to child well-being.
Compliance and Flexibility: Ability to meet state and/or accreditation requirements for education and experience.
Flexibility in working hours and schedule, including the possibility of overtime.
Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years of age.
