LandPro Surveying Is Hiring Land Survey Crew Chiefs and other positions.
Our home office is based in Atlanta but this Land Survey Crew Chief position can mobilize from home anywhere in the SE or East Coast.
Land Survey Crew Chief Job Description:
Responsible for performing Construction Staking, Asbuilt/Topographic Surveys, and UAV Mapping for Private, Municipal and Industrial clients throughout the East Coast.
Read and use Construction Plans, Plats, Deeds and Maps to perform a wide range of field survey procedures.
Operate and Maintain Survey Instruments including Robotic Total Station, GNSS, UAV Systems and Field/Office Computers.
Operate in a Flexible and Hybrid Work Environment including Base Office, Remote/Home Office) and Multiple Client Sites.
Maintain Survey Field Notes, Sketches, Daily Site Logs, QA/QC Reports, Timesheets and Other Records Daily.
Qualifications And Minimum Requirements:
Land Surveying Experience and/or Education Totaling 4 Years Minimum (Degree Not Required).
Demonstrated Knowledge of Trimble, Carlson, Windows, Office and/or DJI Platforms.
Travel to Multiple Project Locations to Work Onsite for 3 - 6 days at a time. Travel 100% of the time.
Valid Driver's License (must pass MVR background check).
Background Screening with Criminal History Review.
Railroad and/or DOT Experience Preferred.
Compensation and Environment:
Rate of Pay Based on Qualifications and Experience/Education.
Yearly Gross of $100,000+ Possible.
