Our client is seeking an Agile Coach who will be responsible for championing Agile across technology and engineering programs.
The ideal candidate will currently be at a Sr. Scrum Master level or a Scrum of Scrums level, and wanting to make the next step into an Agile Coach role.
Here's what you'll be doing:
Providing hands-on Agile coaching to teams as well as product owners, Scrum Masters, managers and executives
Continuing to learn and implement industry best practices
Managing through influence, but without direct management authority
Using capabilities to influence customers and stakeholders, and properly manage divergent expectations
Here's what our ideal candidate has:
4+ years of Scrum Master experience
2+ years of large-scale Agile/Scrum experience
Hands on experience in at least 2 different Scrum environments/companies
Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience
Experience implementing and managing Scrum, and other non-Scrum frameworks such as Kanban
Strong leadership qualities and organizational skills as well as the ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities, assignments, and roles
Excellent organizational skills, focus, and attention to detail are a must, as is the ability to work in a fast-paced, hectic, and energetic environment
Experience working across multiple time zones and getting results out of off-shore teams
