Apartment Groundskeeper - Emory Point #1

We are hiring a Groundskeeper to work onsite at our Emory Point apartment community in Atlanta, GA.Expected hourly rate of {{HOURLYPAYRANGE}} per hour. You will be provided a pay rate that is in line with your skills and experience as they relate to the requirements of the job.We’re looking for a dependable, hardworking Porter / Groundskeeper who takes pride in maintaining a clean, welcoming apartment community. Our best team members are people who show up, take ownership of their work, and care about the details that make a community feel like home.A bit more about what you’ll do…Community Appearance & GroundsMaintain the cleanliness and curb appeal of the apartment community, including walkways, parking areas, common spaces, and amenitiesPick up litter, sweep, blow, and pressure wash as neededEmpty trash receptacles and assist with dumpster area upkeepMonitor the community daily and report maintenance or safety issuesLight Maintenance SupportAssist the maintenance team with basic tasks such as changing light bulbs, replacing signage, and minor repairsHelp prepare apartments for move-ins, including basic cleaning and trash removalSupport seasonal projects and community upkeep initiativesTeam & Resident InteractionWork closely with the on-site maintenance and management teamsProvide friendly, professional interactions with residents and vendorsTake pride in being a visible part of the community and representing the property well
