Our best team members are people who show up, take ownership of their work, and care about the details that make a community feel like home.You will work at our Apartment Complex located in {{CITY}}.A bit more about what you’ll do…Community Appearance & GroundsMaintain the cleanliness and curb appeal of the apartment community, including walkways, parking areas, common spaces, and amenitiesPick up litter, sweep, blow, and pressure wash as neededEmpty trash receptacles and assist with dumpster area upkeepMonitor the community daily and report maintenance or safety issuesLight Maintenance SupportAssist the maintenance team with basic tasks such as changing light bulbs, replacing signage, and minor repairsHelp prepare apartments for move-ins, including basic cleaning and trash removalSupport seasonal projects and community upkeep initiativesTeam & Resident InteractionWork closely with the on-site maintenance and management teamsProvide friendly, professional interactions with residents and vendorsTake pride in being a visible part of the community and representing the property well
