Our client is a global, enterprise leader of technology. They are seeking an AVP of Enterprise Architecture to join their team.
Here's what you'll be doing:
Providing leadership and overseeing the entirety of Architectural design, investment planning, development, and implementation across the multiple areas of the organization
Overseeing the development of strategic direction and roadmaps for the current state and the evolution of the company technology infrastructure
Defining and overseeing implementation of processes and guidelines for concept development and technology assessment
Percentage breakdown of responsibilities:
20% Managing and leading teams of architects
30% Leading architecture strategy
10% Managing M&A activities
30% Leading Cloud and API strategy
10% Leading Innovation strategy and practices
Here's what our ideal candidate has:
Bachelor's Degree is required
15+ years' experience in full development life cycle and significant experience in delivering applications and architecture services in a production environment
Experience in technical architecture in different environments such as SaaS, integrations, ERP, Oracle, Workday, etc.
7+ years of leadership experience, with a track record of increasing responsibilities
Deep understanding of the architecture discipline, processes, concepts and best practices
Experience with cloud-native architectures as Azure, AWS, Google Cloud Platform and Oracle
