Essential Duties: Vacuum carpets, sweep, mop and polish common area floors. Heavy carpet machine Empty trash. Clean common area windows, inside and out. Clean and sanitize common area bathrooms. Refills paper towel, toilet paper and soap dispensers. Pick up Trash Outside Of Building.Maintain GroundsClean Residential apartments on weekly basis.
