Description Robert Half HR Solutions is currently sourcing for a contract Jr. HR Generalist for our client located in downtown Atlanta. This role will start mid-March and will be onsite in the office 5 days a week. This is not a hybrid schedule. This role for the Contract Jr. HR Generalist is going to be normal business hours, 8AM - 5PM in the office with free parking for the duration of the engagement.Our client is seeking for an HR Generalist with 3+ years of experience who can support both the HR and the Talent Acquisition teams. This role will be 50% spent with sourcing for roles, and 50% spent owning compliance, benefits onboarding, new hire orientation, and onboarding. Our client utilizes Workday and will only consider candidates who have at least 9+ months of using Workday as an HRIS system. This engagement will be heavily employee facing, so the ideal candidate will have 3+ years experience working daily with employees and greatly enjoy this aspect of the job. The department and team are highly visible to the rest of the organization as they work to rebuild their internal brand. This contract HR Generalist role will be critical to ensuring that there is continued positive relationships with HR and the organization. Our client will be prioritizing candidates who have superior communication skills, strong attention to detail, demonstrated experience in Workday, and have previously sourced for candidates. Additionally, our client is looking for someone who is open to representing the organization at job fairs, and also following up with potential candidates.
