Tasks & Responsibilities:
Be part of the data team, collaborate with product and engineering teams in developing the data required to support the functionality and new features of our platforms.
Collaborate with Data Scientists and Data Analysts to develop the data structures required to train and deploy predictive models.
Manage ingestion process of various input data sources (healthcare data, medical claims, pharmacy claims, etc.) and develop/maintain the common schema to store healthcare information of members.
Manage tools and processes to transform the data to derive key insights and analytics to power the intelligence of our platform.
Design and implement the data solutions using suitable data technologies and tools.
Lead and mentor the team of engineers to maintain the technology stack and appropriate quality standards while also being hands-on developer working along with other developers on the team.
Must be self-driven and a quick learner.
Requires strong problem-solving, analytical and communication skills.
Healthcare data experience (medical/pharmacy claims) is a plus.

What will make you successful:
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or related technical fields
3+ years of relevant Data Engineering experience (Python, SQL, Spark) is required
Experience with Databricks preferred
Medical / Pharmacy claims data experience preferred
Motivated self-starter that thrives on innovation and technology
Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills
