DescriptionThe Creative Group is currently hiring for a Marketing Operations Manager for a client in Dunwoody. This is a direct hire position.
Identify, develop and execute new processes that enable the marketing team to be more effective in their day to day work, across brand, ecommerce, digital, print, stores and owned channels.- Oversee cross functional project/process management, including managing workflow from inception to execution while maximizing the team’s productivity and efficiency, and meeting deadlines.- Lead on-going internal communication for creative projects, keeping cross-functional partners up to speed on high-level information and action items.- Establish and maintain scalable processes across project intake systems and dashboards that create best practices and efficiencies.- Evaluate new technologies and applications to improve and optimize marketing team performance.
Requirements
5-7 years of experience- Must have experience with resource management (team of 10+ people)- Must be technical and have experience working with data and analytics- Experience managing outside vendor
