Program Evaluation Analyst

BryceTech is seeking a Program Evaluation Analyst to support the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) with the planning, implementation, and evaluation of public health programs and initiatives. The Program Evaluation Analyst will apply evaluation methodologies and analytical techniques to assess program effectiveness, identify opportunities for improvement, and provide actionable findings to support program and policy decisions.The ideal candidate will have experience with program evaluation, performance measurement, data collection and analysis, and development of evaluation reports and presentations. The candidate should be comfortable working with both quantitative and qualitative information and translating evaluation findings into clear recommendations for government stakeholders.ResponsibilitiesSupport the design, planning, implementation, and monitoring of program evaluation activitiesDevelop and refine evaluation questions, logic models, performance measures, indicators, and evaluation frameworksCollect, organize, and analyze quantitative and qualitative program dataConduct literature reviews, environmental scans, and other research to support program evaluation activitiesDevelop data collection instruments, interview protocols, surveys, assessment tools, and other evaluation materialsAssist with identifying appropriate evaluation methodologies, data sources, analytical approaches, and measuresAnalyze program performance and outcomes to assess effectiveness, efficiency, reach, and impactIdentify trends, gaps, challenges, and opportunities based on evaluation findingsPrepare evaluation reports, technical memoranda, presentations, dashboards, briefing materials, and other productsTranslate complex evaluation findings into clear, actionable recommendations for program managers and leadershipSupport the development and tracking of program performance measures and outcomesAssist with monitoring evaluation milestones, deliverables, data collection activities, and project schedulesParticipate in stakeholder interviews, focus groups, working groups, and other evaluation-related engagementsCoordinate with CDC personnel, federal partners, contractors, and other stakeholders to obtain information and support evaluation activitiesSupport quality assurance and validation of evaluation data and analytical productsAssist with developing evaluation plans, implementation plans, and other program documentationMaintain organized documentation of evaluation methodologies, data sources, assumptions, findings, and recommendationsSupport continuous improvement activities by using evaluation findings to identify opportunities for program enhancementPerform other related duties in support of CDC program evaluation and public health initiatives
