Perform testing with High-Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC) to determine ingredient concentrations.
Test finished products for key parameters such as brix, pH, color, and sensory characteristics.
Conduct basic testing of raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods.
Follow required methodologies according to quality guidelines.
Operate under supervision while maintaining a high level of throughput.
Prior lab experience is preferred.
