What You Will DoRespond to and resolve resident concerns, complaints, and service-related issues.Support residents through move-outs, transfers, and notices to vacate.Manage the lease renewal process and maximize renewal opportunities.Monitor resident satisfaction and retention.Assist residents with community-related needs and requests.Help residents navigate online rent payments and account questions.Complete move-in and move-out inspections.Process vehicle and pet registrations.Assist with package management through Parcel Pending.Submit and monitor resident service requests.Communicate service request updates and community information to residents.Coordinate resident events and engagement activities.Partner with onsite teams to ensure timely resolutions to resident concerns.Communicate community policies professionally and respectfully.
