Senior Estimator - Mechanical

The Senior Mechanical Estimator will play a critical role in developing accurate cost estimates for mechanical systems across complex projects. This position requires strong analytical skills, deep knowledge of mechanical systems, and the ability to manage cost databases to ensure precision and consistency in estimating practices.ResponsibilitiesDevelop detailed Mechanical discipline estimates for all project phases.Interpret architectural and structural drawings, specifications, and design documents.Collaborate with design teams and project managers to validate scope and pricing.Maintain and manage cost databases (Sage, Trimble, etc.) for Mechanical disciplines.Evaluate subcontractor and vendor proposals for accuracy and compliance.Provide input on constructability and value engineering opportunities.Support risk analysis and contingency planning for Mechanical estimates.Ensure adherence to company standards and client expectations.
