We need a senior compensation leader who can design and execute equity, incentive, and global comp programs for a PE-backed, multi-country organization. You'll own everything from cap table management to international pay equity compliance, building scalable compensation infrastructure as we scale post-merger. What You'll Do Design and manage PE equity programs — RSUs, options, carry plans — from grant to liquidity event Own the cap table end-to-end: grants, vesting schedules, equity tracking, 409A support, and board reporting Build and maintain commission and bonus plans for sales, field services, and professional services teams across multiple business units Ensure pay equity compliance across UK, Australia, Canada, and other international markets — reporting, audits, and remediation Partner with Finance on comp planning, modeling, and EBITDA impact analysis Lead annual compensation cycle: merit, promotion, market adjustments, and equity refresh planning Run benchmarking and market analysis to keep comp programs competitive and cost-effective Build compensation frameworks that scale as the business grows and integrates acquisitions
