Senior Public Health Analyst

BryceTech is seeking an experienced Senior Public Health Analyst to support the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) with public health program analysis, technical assistance, program implementation, evaluation, and project support. The Senior Public Health Analyst will work as part of a multidisciplinary team supporting CDC programs and initiatives across public health analysis, program evaluation, organizational performance, strategic planning, emerging priorities, and program improvement.The successful candidate will apply public health knowledge, analytical skills, and program management expertise to assess program needs, conduct research and analysis, develop recommendations, support implementation activities, and communicate findings to CDC stakeholders. This position will work closely with CDC program managers, subject matter experts, leadership, and other contractor personnel.ResponsibilitiesProvide senior-level public health analysis and technical assistance in support of CDC programs and initiativesSupport the planning, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation of public health programs and projectsConduct research, literature reviews, environmental scans, and analysis of public health policies, programs, practices, and emerging issuesAssess program needs, capabilities, performance, outcomes, and opportunities for improvementDevelop evidence-based recommendations to improve program effectiveness, efficiency, and public health outcomesSupport development and implementation of program work plans, project plans, milestones, and performance measuresCollect, organize, analyze, and interpret qualitative and quantitative information to support program decision-makingAssist with development of evaluation approaches, performance measures, logic models, data collection instruments, and program assessment toolsProvide technical assistance and capacity-building support to CDC programs and stakeholdersCoordinate with multidisciplinary teams to identify programmatic challenges, risks, dependencies, and opportunitiesSupport project management activities including schedules, action items, deliverables, status tracking, and stakeholder coordinationDevelop reports, white papers, briefing materials, presentations, dashboards, and other technical products for CDC leadership and program staffTranslate complex public health findings and technical information into clear, actionable recommendations for technical and non-technical audiencesParticipate in and facilitate meetings, working groups, stakeholder engagements, webinars, and technical assistance sessionsSupport emerging CDC priorities and high-visibility public health initiativesMonitor relevant public health developments, policies, research, and emerging threats and assess potential implications for CDC programsCollaborate with senior analysts, program managers, evaluators, and subject matter experts to integrate findings across workstreamsSupport organizational and process improvement initiatives when public health expertise is requiredAssist in identifying opportunities to improve program processes, performance, communication, and stakeholder engagementMaintain accurate documentation of research, analysis, recommendations, and program activitiesEnsure work products are technically accurate, evidence-based, timely, and responsive to CDC requirements
