Ford’s BBQ is looking to add a team member with a love for smoking meats using a wood fired outdoor smoker . The ideal candidate would have some prior knowledge of smoking meats and a willingness to learn our methods .
Responsibilities will include ; starting a wood fire, lifting heavy meats , washing some dishes , helping out the line cooks with prep, cleaning smokers & smokehouse .
A working cell phone and reliable transportation are required.
