Carmel is hiring Bartenders! If you are a restaurant professional looking to begin or continue your career in hospitality, Carmel is the place for you. Experience with classic cocktails is highly encouraged, and our bar team is lead by an award winning beverage director.
We are looking for candidates with part-time and full-time availability. We offer flexible scheduling. Bartenders at Carmel make $6/ hourly plus tips. Gratuities are substantial as bartenders are in a tip pool with our Server team. We also offer 5 days of PTO after one year of employment for hourly employees.
