Responsibilities:
Cook and prepare chicken wings and sides according to recipes and quality standards
Maintain consistent food quality, portioning, and presentation
Operate fryers and kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
Keep the kitchen area clean and organized
Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures
Assist with prep work and restocking inventory as needed
Communicate effectively with team members and management
Requirements:
Previous restaurant or kitchen experience required
Reliable, punctual, and efficient
Able to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
Strong attention to cleanliness and detail
Must be able to speak and read English
Must be available every Saturday
