Scratch kitchen, high quality ingredients, and fresh meats and seafoods. Qualified applicants will have prior experience managing a kitchen and being their leader. Job description includes actively managing hourly staff, procurement, execution and quality control, managing inventories, and maintaining order guides, recipe books, and build guides, etc. This is a full-time position.
