We’re looking for a motivated Food Truck Manager to join our team and help take our mobile kitchen to the next level. If you’re passionate about great food, hospitality, and leading a team in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
Oversee daily operations of the food truck, including driving, setup, service, and breakdown.
Manage staff scheduling, training, and performance.
Ensure food quality, consistency, and presentation meet brand standards.
Maintain compliance with food safety, health, and sanitation regulations.
Track sales, inventory, and costs to maximize profitability.
Deliver excellent customer service and create a welcoming experience for all guests.
Coordinate catering events, private bookings, and high-volume service days.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in food service management (food truck experience a plus).
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
Valid driver’s license and comfort with operating a large vehicle (preferred).
A positive attitude and hands-on work ethic.
