Position: Grill Cook
Shift: Early morning hours 6am to 1pm
What You’ll Do:
Prepare and cook breakfast & lunch favorites like eggs, omelets, pancakes, potatoes, philly's, burgers, quesadillas and more on a flat-top grill
Ensure all grilled items are cooked to perfection, hot, and served fresh
Manage multiple orders at once in a fast-paced kitchen
Maintain a clean and organized grill station throughout your shift
Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures
Assist with opening duties and morning prep to keep things running smoothly
Work as a team with kitchen and front-of-house staff to ensure a great customer experience
Who You Are:
Experienced on the grill—especially with breakfast items (preferred)
Able to handle high-volume breakfast rush with speed and accuracy
Dependable, punctual, and ready to work early morning shifts
A team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
Food handler certification is a plus
