At Atlanta Meal Prep, we currently operate as a home-based business until late October. We offer flexible, part-time positions based on our weekly needs, so each week we’ll ask for your availability and create a schedule accordingly. If your schedule changes, no worries—just let us know as soon as possible.
Because we’re not located near a bus or train line, reliable transportation is important to ensure you can make it to your shifts on time.
We also conduct 2-hour stage interviews to test your knife skills, organization, and how you work in the kitchen.

Job Title: Vegetable Prep Assistant/Cook
Location: West Midtown
Schedule: Part-time, Monday to Thursday
Shifts: Day shift, optional night shift
Hours: Minimum 5 hours per day-Minimum 2 Days Per Week, flexible schedule starting as early as 6AM, tasks concluding by 9PM
Salary will start at $13.00 per hour as a training rate.
JJob Title: Vegetable Prep Assistant/Cook
We are seeking a dedicated Vegetable Prep Assistant/Cook to join our team. The ideal candidate must have strong knife skills and experience with food prep. Cleanliness and attention to detail are essential for this position.
Key Responsibilities:
Peel, chop, roast, and cook vegetables and seafood according to instructions
Roll meatballs and assist with other prep tasks as needed
Maintain cleanliness and organization in accordance with Health Code regulations
Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high quality standards
Qualifications:
Previous experience in food prep or cooking, especially with knife skills
Ability to work cleanly and efficiently
Knowledge of kitchen safety and Health Code standards
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
For your interview/stage you will be paid $10.00 per hour- this will be two hours.

Chopped Bell Peppers

Requirements:
Reliable transportation and punctuality are a must.
Strong teamwork skills and adaptability to changing work demands.
Ability to work well with others and communicate effectively.
Proficiency in preparing both hot and cold food items.
Experience in reading and following recipes and instructions.
Flexibility to work a schedule based on the needs of the the kitchen
Cooking / Preparation Tasks
Responsibilities:
Complete prep lists and tasks as assigned.
Rinse and cut raw food products.
Prepare menu items according to standard recipes.
Ensure all food is presented to standards.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen.
