Servers must be a minimum age of 21.
Must have or be able to obtain a Gwinnett County Alcohol Pouring/Serving Permit.
Position located in DULUTH, GA
Requirements:
-Must have atleast five (5) years experience in a Restaurant/Lounge setting
- Must have knowledge of POS system Clover
-Have knowledge of food and beverage safe handling procedures.
-Must have exceptional customer service skills and can work at a very fast pace
-Able to learn the Menu and Drink menu first, and able to recommend beverages to meals.
-Have knowledge of drink recipes and PROPER pouring techniques.
-Be able to perform ANY and ALL assigned duties as directed and understand that this is a requirement.
-Be able to work hours ranging from 6pm until 2am on weekdays and 6pm until 3am on weekends(schedule various)
-Must be Available to work on some SUNDAYS for Special Events (schedule various) etc
-Social media savvy and hunger to promote the lounge-this IS a requirement.
-Must represent the business and yourself in a professional manner at ALL times.
-Have an upbeat and patient attitude at ALL times.
-MUST Have reliable Transportation to and from the Restaurant/Lounge.
