About Us:
We provide premium holiday services to busy families who want their celebrations to go smoothly. We're hiring skilled kitchen helpers to assist home cooks with meal preparation during Thanksgiving dinners.
The Job:
You'll work alongside clients in their own kitchens as an extra pair of hands during holiday meal prep, including:
Chopping vegetables and prepping ingredients
Managing multiple dishes and cooking timelines
Stirring, basting, and monitoring items while host handles other tasks
Washing prep dishes and keeping workspace organized
Offering cooking advice and troubleshooting tips
Helping plate and present dishes beautifully
Keeping the kitchen running smoothly so nothing burns or boils over
Supporting the home chef's vision (not taking over!)
Pay & Schedule:
$40/hour
Thanksgiving Day (Nov 27)
Shifts typically 3-4 hours per event
Day and early evening hours (meal prep time)

What We're Looking For:
Solid cooking and kitchen experience – you know your way around a kitchen
Knife skills and food prep proficiency
Understanding of cooking techniques and timing
Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
Ability to take direction while also offering helpful suggestions
Calm under pressure – holiday cooking can get hectic!
Clean, professional appearance
Comfortable working in clients' kitchens with varying equipment
Must pass background check
Food handler's certificate preferred (or willing to obtain)
Ideal Candidates:

Culinary school students or graduates

Home cooks with serious skills

Bonus Skills:
Knowledge of traditional holiday recipes
