We're looking to add another teammate to our kitchen in Downtown Roswell. Very laid back environment with plenty of room for creative freedom and promotion.
Core duties that need to be fulfilled are prep, inventory, back of house order management, and dish/special creation (if desired). The mandatory days are Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday, but Friday, Saturday, and Sunday AM shifts are available as well. Hours are 'flexible', but ideally we are looking for someone to work 5 hours (beginning sometime between 10am and noon, finishing between 3pm and 5pm) Tuesday-Thursday, and 9/10am-3:30 or 4 Friday-Sunday if brunch shifts are desired.
Our cuisine is New American, with a bit of fusion. Pasta, Steak, Braised Beef, Pizza, etc Brunch is a typical casual offering.
