Crescent City offers New Orleans-inspired dishes in the heart of Midtown Atlanta. We are currently seeking experienced, creative, and fast-paced cooks to join our team.
Responsibilities include:
Must provide ServSafe certification upon employment.
Prepare delicious, from-scratch meals, served in a timely manner.
Assist the General Manager with maintaining product and supply inventory.
Ensure promptness, freshness, and quality of dishes.
Maintain cleanliness and comply with food sanitation requirements by properly handling food and ensuring correct storage.
Clean and sanitize cooking surfaces at the end of each shift.
Qualifications:
Basic written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational skills.
Accuracy and speed in executing tasks.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Ability to follow directions and instructions.
Education and Experience Requirements:
High school diploma or GED.
One to two years of experience as a line cook, restaurant cook, or prep cook.
Experience with various cooking methods and procedures.
