Open Positions:
1. Line Cook:
Our Line Cooks are integral to delivering Spice House’s vibrant, flavorful dishes. You’ll work directly with the culinary team, preparing menu items and ensuring each dish meets our high standards.
Responsibilities:
-Cook and plate dishes according to Spice House’s recipes and presentation standards.
-Maintain a clean and organized workstation.
-Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure quality and timely service.
-Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines.
Qualifications:
-Minimum 2 years of experience as a line cook, preferably with Caribbean cuisine.
-Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
-Strong communication skills and teamwork mentality.
-Passion for Caribbean flavors.
2. Food Runner:
Our Food Runners play an essential role in creating an enjoyable dining experience by ensuring food is delivered quickly and accurately from the kitchen to our guests.
Responsibilities:
-Deliver food to guests promptly and accurately, maintaining excellent presentation and professionalism.
-Assist servers by communicating any guest needs to ensure a seamless dining experience.
-Keep service areas clean, organized, and stocked throughout the shift.
-Provide a friendly, helpful presence and answer guest questions as needed.
Qualifications:
-Previous experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment preferred.
-Ability to handle multiple tasks with a strong sense of urgency.
-Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
-Positive attitude, attention to detail, and willingness to assist wherever needed.
