Compensation: competitive, based on experience. BASE PAY + QUARTERLY PERFORMANCE BONUS

We are a partner chef of a meal prep company, you will lead chef Nahika's team, producing orders for a high volume meal preparation platform, while working in a shared communal kitchen. Chef Nahika's team is constantly growing and with plans to continue expanding to more cities.

Seeking a committed chef/cook for a high volume meal prep production kitchen :
Cooking all meals according to daily meal quantities
Controlling and directing the food preparation process and any other relative activities
Approving and “polishing” plates according to presentation and weight standards, before they reach the fulfillment team to be sent out to customer
Comply with nutrition, sanitation regulations along with safety standards
Outstanding communication and leadership skills
Able to follow recipe instructions, hard working, and handle high volume environments
2 step interview:
20 minute phone call to get a more thorough job description and if it's a good fit, we will schedule your stage.
Come in for a 1 day stage for 2hrs.
