Brasserie Lundi, a new French restaurant opening in Midtown, is seeking full time prep cooks. We are looking for clean, organized, and reliable team members for daytime production shifts, the backbone of a bustling kitchen rooted in classical French technique. Must be able to work weekends; must be able to legally work in the US.

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
Ability to stand for up to 8 hours
Open availability including weekends, and holidays
