Trapeze is seeking an Experienced Buffet Line/Prep Cook. Must be available to work nights, weekends, and holidays. You must also be available for a late afternoon to late evening shift and have the ability to stand on your feet for an extended amount of time.
Basic knowledge of food handling and preparing is a MUST. Ability to operate sauteƩ stations, convection ovens, and fryers. Must have a solid understanding of food safety, kitchen organization, and cleaning. Experience in hotel kitchens or high volume catering operations preferred, but not required. Buffet-style presentation a plus, but not required.
